1. Shipping Rates
• Free Shipping — for all orders over $100 AUD (after discounts).
• Flat Rate Shipping — $10 AUD for orders under $100 AUD.
• Remote Area Surcharge — $15 AUD applies to certain remote or regional postcodes (such as WA, NT, far North QLD, TAS, and some rural areas in SA/NSW).
If your postcode is affected, we’ll contact you before dispatch.



2. Processing Time

All orders are packed and shipped from Sydney, NSW within 2–3 business days.
During sale or busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.



3. Estimated Delivery Times
• NSW / VIC / ACT / QLD: 2–6 business days
• SA / TAS: 4–8 business days
• WA / NT: 7–12 business days

Please note these are estimates only — delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier network issues.



4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post or a trusted courier service.
