We hope you love your Lovmee pieces as much as we do.
If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.
Our return policy follows the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and allows returns within 30 days of receiving your order.


1. Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges for Lovmee products that are:
• Purchased directly from www.lovmee.com.au;
• Returned within 30 days of delivery;
• In original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

Please note:
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or washed items.
• Sale items are final sale unless faulty.


2. How to Return

1. Email service@lovmee.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm your request and provide the return address.
3. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.


3. Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


4. Faulty Items

If your Lovmee product is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
